1. In a tie up, my opponent is leading with his left leg. Remember to stay tight and keep your elbows in.
2. Lock your right arm to your body. Step to your right with your right foot. Kneel to your left knee. Bring his head close to his knee. Hook his left ankle with your left hand.
3. Pull his head to your right. Pull his left foot to your left hip. Pivot to your right on your right foot as he falls.
4. As you complete the takedown follow your left leg between his legs for balance. Pinch your thighs together around his left thigh. Keep his head tight into your body. Under hook his left leg with your left arm. Maintain leg control.
